The Bravery Biography

When we started recording the album we got to a point where we were faced with a decision: do we make another album in the vein of the first, or do we branch out and try something new. We decided to do both. Take the batch of songs we were working on and record them in two completely different ways, creating two very different albums.

One would be us experimenting with new sounds and rhythms, the other would be us on our home turf. One organic and acoustic; the other synthetic and processed. One in a studio with a producer, the other in various basements and bedrooms with no one but the band. The album would be called The Sun and the Moonthe first album being the lighter Sunside, and the second being the darker Moon side
